In 2017, she represented Indonesia’s women’s national volleyball team at the SEA Games and brought home a medal.

Megawati’s Professional Volleyball Career
Megawati began playing volleyball at a young age and steadily developed her skills, eventually breaking into the professional scene.
Her professional debut was with Surabaya Bank Jatim in the top-tier Livoli Division in 2015.
This initial step marked the beginning of a promising career that would span both national and international competitions.
From 2015 to 2017, she played for Jakarta Pertamina Fastron in the Proliga, Indonesia’s premier volleyball league.
In the 2018 season, she joined Jakarta BNI 46, and in 2022, she represented Indonesia with Bandung BJB Tandamata at the ASEAN Grand Prix.
In 2021, Megawati took her talents abroad by joining Thailand’s Supreme Chonburi-E.Tech and competed in the Thailand Women’s Volleyball League for one season a significant leap in her international career.
She then moved on to play for Vietnamese club Hà Phú Thanh Hóa in the 2022 Vietnam Volleyball League, where her popularity and performance continued to rise.
By mid-2023, Megawati achieved a major milestone when she was selected in the Asian player draft and signed by the South Korean club Red Sparks for the 2023–2024 season.
Beyond club competitions, Megawati has also had a remarkable journey with the Indonesian women’s national volleyball team.
